Over the last twenty years, I’ve built products and teams, supported countless career transitioners (being one myself), led manager mentor circles, coached moms returning to work as well as aspiring and new managers, as well as leaders in organizations, looking to maximize their impact. I have been a manager at a mega-corp as well as a leader at a late-stage start-up and have written countless articles about my learnings over the years.

3 60-minute monthly group coaching call via Zoom (will be recorded if you miss it)

3 Monthly 45-60 min 1:1 session with an executive coach

2-3 Additional optional seminars on topics like time management, how to give great feedback at home and at work, etc.

$2,000 per person or $1,000 if you sign up with a friend (many companies will reimburse this as professional development)
